The two east-facing windows designed by Edward Burne-Jones and made by William Morris and Company were obscured behind protective Lexan glazing darkened with age. In June 2012 the old Lexan was replaced with new by Restoric LLC. The new Lexan is clear, revealing the vibrant windows from the exterior, and ventilated, creating a better environment for the glass.
